I enjoy the fact that this park is not over crowded. Allen, the land maintenance professional, is very knowledgeable and friendly. And Spencer, the Office Manager is also very helpful to accommodate your needs. I am happy that I bought a mobile home in this park.
We just moved here and seams lively so far.
Believe it or not...this is a very quiet trailer park. Everybody minds their own business.
Besides the fact that the four lane road is right in front our home we love it. Super affordable and our trailer is worth what we pay.
This place is pathetic, I lived there for a couple years and during the last couple of months my dishwasher quit working so they had "maintenance" bring out another one that looked like it had sat in a barn for a while either way it worked so I didn't complain until I started seeing roaches in my place so I called and they had someone come out, I thought it was an exterminator but it wasnt, they sent out one of their on people to "investigate" the source and a week later I received a letter stating that the roaches had not come from the dishwasher and they were not responsible for the cost of an exterminator. Needless to say I moved immediately, I gathered all of my stuff and put it in a uhaul and fogged it 5 times to make sure there were no roaches in my stuff. A year after I left I received a letter in the mail from lee county court stating I was being sued over due rent from when I left. First off I'm not paying for a place YOU are supposed to keep pest free, secondly I was there 2 more weeks, at most I would owe was 1/2 month rent which would've been $300 and my $600 deposit should've covered that so the way I see it you owe me $300. Either way these worthless people slapped a $1200 judgment on my credit. No worries, what goes around comes around
