Awesome place to go. Have family that lives there and it is very well kept.
I lived here as a student 20+ years ago and so did my husband and now our son has a mobile home in this park. It is mainly populated by students. Twenty years ago and presently it is well maintained. Lease policies and standards keep the homes from becoming aged and rundown.

I'd like to see more organized parking, I have concerns about emergency vehicles getting in. I was in a chevy silverado and it was very tight driving through and an emergency vehicle is certainly larger than my chevy. Also, how does emergency personnel know where you are, there's no street signs or names visible?
