Lived here for 3 years now. Place is usually quiet and well kept. Most roads are paved but some are gravel/dirt. You are responsible for your lawn, pets are allowed. There is a mailroom at the office and 2 ponds in the back for fishing. Only a 10 minute drive to campus or you can take the tiger transit which runs about every 30 minutes from the front of the park. Have to give 4 stars because i wish all the roads were paved.
