The manager lacks communication and interpersonal skills; the owner appears to quickly respond with a compromise. A large amount of personal time is spent to resolve issues as fees/charges are freely given to the students.
Great place for students. Safe and very clean.
Great place to live, as far as neighborhood and landscape goes, management leaves something to be desired at times.
Don't waste your time with this trailer park. Very bad management!
