The Office Manager/Office Staff isn't the issue. I think you guys do a great job with what you've been given. The company that owns the property has allowed this place to be mediocre. Since we pay one of the lowest lot rents in AU (which we should), they assume that we will put up with all of the maddening water issues, and we do - again, I am in no way blaming you at the office. I seriously cannot imagine having to put up with all that you do, and I'm sorry that the millions of dollars that you guys need to make this place the best in Auburn will probably never get delivered to you (I hope I'm wrong). If I am, maybe some of it could also go into hiring long-term lawn maintenance personnel, since, well, sorry...lol. Anyway, I realize that you really can't respond in any positive way to this (job security), but just know that I know you couldn't be to blame for this. It's easy to be a property owner in another city, or state for that matter, making decisions while you guys get fed to the wolves. Therefore, I say kudos to you guys for your hard work (that people don't notice on a daily basis). That's all I got. Thanks!!
Have lived here for over a year and the office staff is friendly and helpful and the area is nice to be in
I love this place the property manager, and the maintence supervisor are the best ive ever seen. always on top of problems and very friendly and helpful no matter what. wont ever move probably.
This comment is to the owner of this park. If the maximum fee for water is $50 a month for 4 or more, WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME OVER $60 FOR 2 PEOPLE LAST MONTH? And don't lie, the leaks have not been fixed, YOU SIMPLY PAVED OVER THEM.
I lived there but the people who was supposed too be a manager or landlord was breaking into people's houses and saying it was the people at Webster crossing but I new it was a lie because how they say it happen I new it was a inside job . I had problems with a person who was new because she would lie cause she didn't like me for some reason she told some lies to the company I had to move I had paid a guy to do so repair and he didn't do like he supposed too, then I got the carpet clean any ways they found out the girl was lying about the report so they fired her they didn't give my down payment back
