The food comes out really quickly here but sometimes that comes with the sacrifice of melted cheese in my quesadilla. I've has two or three instances now where the cheese isn't melted at all when my food comes out. Price is a little high for a step above fast food but it comes with chips and toppings like sour cream and guacamole.
Had my very 1st visit and it was amazing. Such a cute place and super friendly. Aeriell was AMAZING. My husband and I will come back for sure. Hate AU lost to LSU though :(
I bought a beer, but I wanted to return it at the register for I recalled the I had to drive and did not want to risk it. I nicely elaborated on the issue and repeatedly asked for a refund, but they would not accept it. I was really dissatisfied by the customer service.
I got the veggie burrito. Incredibly bland. It was like they didn't bother to salt or season anything. Imagine plain rice (was supposedly cilantro lime but I tasted neither), canned black beans, canned tomatoes, and subpar scraps of lettuce rolled in a mushy tortilla. I don't understand how someone can run a business on such low quality food. Very disappointing. I will say that the atmosphere was nice and staff were very friendly.
Always clean and food is great! 4 stars because the authenticity of the food is not as close as I would like. Definitely a great place to eat though.
