Our waiter was eating a sandwich and with a mouthful he took our order. I thought it was funny at the time, but It wasn't appropriate. I don't like food being spat at me through someone else's teeth while I'm ordering food.
Usually have positive experiences here but tonight was the exception. Kitchen was behind and we waited about 40 minutes for our good. The restaurant didn't look crowded. The mozzarella cheese on my chicken just say on the top like a blob. The meal was ok. Service tonight was not what I am accustomed to when I visit this place.
This is the 2nd time I have tried to go here for lunch and been disappointed. The restaurant is not busy during lunch maybe 6 tables in the entire restaurant and have customers. Yet, it takes over 40 minutes to get food. My sister ordered an appetizer plate and never received it when we needed to get back to work so we had to cancel our order. Never going back it's ridiculous to spend almost an hour waiting only to have to cancel the order.
I ordered to go tonight and it was horrible. We ordered the 2 for 20 which consisted of two side salads, the bourbon chicken and shrimp, and the chicken finger basket. The salads were the best part of the meal. The chicken finger basket was cold, fries tasted like they had just been sitting. The burbon chicken was completely black on the bottom unediable because it was so charred, hard, and cold. Green beans were ordered as a side but instead we received cold red potatoes. A 20 percent tip was given and I really have no idea why I did that. This would be the third time it's happened. Will not be returning.
Between Friday's, Applebee's, Chili's, O'charlies and maybe a few others, one of them is going under or going to slowly close locations. I fear as the unemployment rate drops these companies will find it challenging to keep employees and service will begin to decline.
Very slow service.. Both of us received wrong salad dressing. and the table next to mine was rang up incorrectly. Bar TV was off or wasn't working. They appear short staffed. Couple next to us did not receive drinks for 7 minutes after ordering. I requested tobasco but had to ask again when meal arrived. I made the request to what appeared was the Maher or assistant. It never arrived so I walked over to the bar and borrowed theirs and took it back.. Seriously!
