I love the club sandwich but once in a while I go for the Big Nasty. It's a roast beef open face with rich thick gravy
Edit: Just tried eating here again after about a month. This time they completely lost my order. Any one problem alone would be forgivable, but this place has failed every single time I've visited since the beginning of summer.
Quick service. Polite staff. Clean.
The food was good, but my order was wrong at first. Staff was rude and did not care that my food was wrong. Need better staff.
Fast fresh and healthy
Do not order food from here. They ALWAYS MESS UP YOUR ORDERS!!! Either they leave something out or don't fix your food right. I ordered the ultimate nachos. It's supposed to come with chilli, rotel, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, etc the works. When I got home and opened it, IT WAS BOX OF TORTILLA CHIPS! The chilli and rotel was there, BUT THAT WAS IT!! None of the other stuff was there. This is not the 1st time this has happened. They ALWAYS mess up. And the food has gone downhill. I also ordered the spud ole. IT WAS DRY!! You could tell the potato was fixed earlier in the day and sat in a warming tray until someone ordered one. McAlisters GET IT TOGETHER! I feel really cheated for spending my hard earned money on this unfulfilling meal.
This used to be a great place, but since summer they have been cronicly understaffed and out of food or supplies. Tonight they were out of chicken and straws. Two weeks ago it was potatoes. Twice they forgot my side. Every time there have been dirty plates pulled in the tables.
They have lots of healthy choices . They even have veggie chili.
