No matter how politely we asked, or even pointed out the policy that clearly stated that "They" were wrong for NOT doing what was required of them ad representatives of Panda Express. They still refused AND their attitudes towards us began to turn sour. (Borderline being complete @ssholes!!!)

I wanted their "Green bean Chicken" BUT they had an overcooked, abysmal scraps leftover within the pan. The workers REFUSED to cook a new order, FURTHERMORE they told me as well as the remaining customers who were in line that they would have to:

Needless to say I am thoroughly disgusted with Panda Express. And even though it "was" one of my favorite places to eat (sometimes 2-3 times per week!) I REFUSE from this point forward to step foot in that establishment again. They could be giving the food away for all I care, but sadly the current staff situation has left me with nothing but a "BAD TASTE" regarding Panda Express.
I moved to Auburn from Chicago and I always missed Panda Express, and when I finally found out that there was one I was elated

( **Again - it was 45 minutes BEFORE their official closing time! And the amount of customers who were there, would not have taken up the entire 45 minutes. Even if they ALL ordered something different that needed to be made fresh! ** )
If it was possible to give them LESS than one star, I'd definitely do so!

On September 7, 2017 - we went there to have our favorite meal. (45 MINUTES BEFORE their closing time!!!) Panda Express ALWAYS has had a policy (as well as a sign that clearly hangs up front!) stating that:
