I work there and the food is very good and the place is basically kept very clean the Dinning Area, Self Serve, And Restrooms are all straight.... My co-workers that I work with are very friendly and polite to all customers.... Yes we're a little slow due to not having a enough employees that want a job and willing to work.... So if anybody wants the speed to increase don't complain about the services but apply and come and give a helping hand as many that can and I guarantee it will get better....
My order was not right and I had to keep asking for my food
Came in for lunch today, ordered to-go. Two employees were contesting (arguing) w/ each other while holding my food between them. I was disgusted & thought it was highly disrespectful. You don't reach over, talk onto, or put hands on someone else's food. The manager definitely has his hands full. With all the college students right at AU, replacing idiot employees shouldn't be hard. I'll never eat there again, yuck!
