They could not figure out how to put flares on our truck. My 100lb wife did it by self when we got home. They told us several times it would be done and it wasn't. Nice guys but they need a manager.
Let me begin with management. The store seems to be ran by two extremely incompetent girls Ashley and April. There were several issues with my car that I did not know about till I called.
Only after I threatened file a police report they called and told me to get my car. Half done, half out painted. Car looks far worse than when it went in.
Highly in professional and on organized. Not worth the discount. Would go out of town to have my car looked at before I'll put it in the hands of these people.
I took my car down there on a sat. They told me that my car would be ready in about a week. One week later my car is not painted but it has been prep for paint for 3 days. Its going on 2weeks now and my car still haven't been painted.Wwwhhhhyyyy!!!!
I don't know why anyone would leave a business to 2 stupid girls they must be family.
They ordered parts for my car without my permission and thought I was gonna pay for it. Think again! They refused to give a contact for the franchise owner.

This companies bad reviews are well deserved. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON.
Customer service was fine but quality and workmanship was horrible. Received my truck back with more dents than before and it was clearly not wetsanded or anything after it was painted. They didn't even remove the glue residue from where the rain guards were. They just painted over it. This place is a joke when it comes to painting a car. I now have to find another shop that can fix their awful job.
Ashley the so-called manager was especially snotty. I asked for a specific paint they agreed then used oem as if I wouldn't notice. Bottom line I'm far from done with joke of a company. I will be filling suit for damages.
