I called around and priced my repairs before I went in and they had the best overall price for what I needed.
Honestly they charged only 30 buck to do the rotation and balancing which is the lowest price in town. But I don't think I'll come back again.
As a new customer, I got my tire rotation and balance here today. I asked for the cross rotation for my rear tires as the manual recommended. However, I found that they did not do that. My previous right rear tire has a paint marking on it since it was patched, so it should be at the front left after rotation. But this tire was installed as the front right tire after the rotation. I politely told them twice that they may not do the cross rotation for my rear tires but they said they did it. I know it won't effect much without the cross rotation if the tires were balanced. However, I'm disappointed that they do not care about mistakes they made.
This place is great, I've been here a few times for a few different issues with my car and was always treated excellently and well taken care of. You can tell they genuinely enjoy serving people through their tire and auto repair business; their work, attitudes, and the way they're always looking out for your best interest really shows this. If I was staying in the area I would go here for life!
The service was so great, the repairs so transparent and honest, and the quality so good... That we'll be coming back for future repairs and issues.
Had I been asked for the past 2 years that I've been taking my car to them what I'd rate on a scale 1-5, I'd give a 5. But now, I'd give a 0 if I could. I've been taking my car there for oil changes, headlight replacements, and now air conditioning problems. I don't work on my own car, and don't let anyone else do anything to it. They told me my car needed a new air compressor, and they quoted me $640. I left my car with them for one week and came back and they told me it was $622. I didn't say anything, I was saving $18, no big deal. But the lack of consistency struck me as odd. I got in my car after leaving the shop, and the engine revs up on its own, going to 3000 RPM while still in park. The air doesn't work at all. I drove it home thinking maybe it just needed to be drove around for it all to kick in. After two days of trouble with my car, I took it back. After 1 hour of looking around, a mechanic tells me that someone poured oil into the radiator. It was this mechanic that did the original work on my car that told me this. I was quoted $199 to flush it (when they're the reason it needed flushed), but declined because I wanted to get second opinions from others. They also told me that my head gasket looked as if it was going to blow out soon, which was never in question or a problem before I took my vehicle to them. They seem experienced and incredibly nice at first, but they do not take ownership in anything they do wrong. I let someone else flush the oil out for $25, and the head gasket is working properly (which Ken, in the office, told me it wouldn't do unless I had them fix it for $1000+). My air wasn't working after they fixed the compressor, so they added coolant for no charge. I later found out that it was because they never added the coolant that they'd charged me for in the first place. Do not go here, seriously. Save yourself.
I could go on for multiple paragraphs but I’ll keep it short. They just wanted my money and for me to leave. Took it there and left with issues still, as they tell me everything is fixed. Took it to another store the next day and they immediately could identify issues that ended up helping me. This store just completely missed crucial problems with my car.
