Firstly, I get my oil changed here. It is always a pleasant experience. They never try to sell me useless up-sales. Secondly, I have used Gray's for more serious maintenance. Gray's is honest and fair. I will never go anywhere else as long as I am in Auburn. I have never had a shop treat me so well. You don't find this kind of class very often in the auto industry.

I've been coming here exclusively since I moved to Auburn a year and a half ago and have no reason to go anywhere else. These guys really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I come from a small, rural town, and my whole life honesty has been the trait I've valued most in a mechanic. I would trust these guys with anything. Every time I've gone for repairs in larger towns and cities, I've found myself getting bad deals and lies, but Gray's is the first place to break that stereotype for me.
I like to think I have a pretty "okay" knowledge of most auto repairs I have done; I do extensive research before deciding to bring it in, and diy what I can, but I lack tools and experience. With this knowledge I can comfortably say that the prices at Gray's are extremely fair. I'm starting to justify paying them instead of diy'ing because they provide a warranty and are extremely skilled and knowledgeable.
David and his team went out of their way to accommodate us when the Sumitomo hardly-used tires failed in the middle of our trip. He correctly and quickly, and accurately assessed the issue and went out of his way to locate and source and retrieve new replacement tires and have us on our way after professional installation and balancing. The shop and waiting area are clean, new and well-organized, Highly recommended.
