I have always been pleased with Lynch Toyota service dept but need to mention that after leaving yesterday and on the highway I noticed my hood was not closed tightly. I had to pull over and close it myself!
I took my Beetle for oil change and I had an excellent customer service at this location.i have been a customer for about 10 years and bought two vehicles from them. They are very professional and consistent with their service. I had a small issue with my oil change (it wasn’t their fault) and Frank Caponetto went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and to my satisfaction. Thank you for a job well done!
I was also surprised they didn't mention the tread on my tires and possibly needing new tires. This was brought to my attention at my last routine maintenance and I have not yet replaced them.
Usually Lynch does a great job,but this time service was rushed and the employees weren't very friendly and I'm not sure if it was because they were busy because I've never experienced this type of service before. I know they did not do a complete check on my car because the last time I was there they told me i would need a new air filter on my next oil change and they did not even mention it on this service. Also my tire light is on and I was told that they didn't know what it could be,that it could be a bunch of things which is not true because this has happened before and the mechanic was able to tell me and fix it. Hopefully my next service will be better because Lynch Toyota is a wonderful establishment.
They were very busy when I arrived yesterday (so much so that no one was available to come to the service bay to meet me even after waiting quite a few minutes so I just went inside). I'm now questioning just how thorough this visit actually was.
I had a great experience buying my new car. Preston Brown was the salesman and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was very helpful & patient. I have recommended him to several of my friends who are interested in buying a car.
This is the 3rd. vehicle that I have purchased from Lynch Toyota and it has been a great experience each time. From the salesman Marques Johnson to the finance people they are courteous, friendly and professional. Their service center is tops. I would recommend them to anyone needing a great Toyota product.
