The salesman, Brian was very helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all of my questions and concerns. They let me borrow the car to drive down to my wife's work so she could have a look at it. They worked with me to get the lowest payment possible. The finance department was great and worked to get.me a great interest rate. The car was clean and in great shape. My '13 Ford F150 decided to blow its engine while we were headed to Auburn one Saturday afternoon for a football game. AutoNation Ford was the nearest Ford dealer in the area so we decided to have it towed there for diagnosis and repair. The service guys there were great! The service manager (Buck) let me know what I was looking at (probable blown engine) and what the procedures were for warranty repair. In addition, Buck helped us secure rental transportation back home, even though all the car rental shops were officially closed for the day because of the game. During the repair process, Buck kept me informed and gave me an accurate date when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. Upon pickup, they provided a detailed writeup on what specific maintenance actions they took and what parts were replaced. I was very pleased with their service. And even though they are not in my local area, I just may make the one hour drive from home just to have them service my vehicle in the future when the need arises!
