We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Weichert Realty. Carole Harrison , our realtor, helped us price and prepare our home . We sold to the first person that looked at it on the first day it was listed !!! Can't do better than that....except we did...it sold for more than asking price. Carole Harrison did an excellent job for us in our home search. Coming from out of town and not understanding the Auburn Real estate market, it was nice to have an agent with many years of experience in the area. Ultimately, we decided on a new-construction property which had its own challenges - from builder delays to contract issues. She handled each challenge professionally, courteously, and in expert fashion. If you're looking for an agent, Carole is a great choice.

Her responsiveness and research, even later in the evening, was key to us avoiding transitional housing. Sherry is easy to work with and super friendly. She is a great person who happens to sell real estate. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the Auburn area.

I live in Colorado and being out of state we needed to do most communication via phone, email and text. I found that Weichert/Porter exceeded all expectations. Yvette Lowe kept me well-informed. I was immediately updated of transaction communication and she came to me with all appropriate questions in a timely fashion. My daughter in Alabama was my proxy and Yvette took a significant amount of time showing her properties, communicating with both of us through all transactions through to closing. I could write much more but the gist of my opinion is that I was extremely happy with the realtor services provided.
I only wish that more people in sales had her dedication, enthusiasm and integrity.
