Their service is Good and I love working with Brandon, but some of the staff is so rule and I feel like I was discriminated. I cannot remember her name but she is white. She was so rude and racist. I can feel that by The way she talk to me because I am an Asian and don’t speak English well. She used to gave me some tours to the house but when I was not pleased with the house and then she had a bad attitude to us. Whenever I call to talk to Brandon, she never let me talk to him, and try to ask me why I call, and then answer impolitely. I feel bad. She is Really mean to me. Please respect your customer, I pay the rent on time, I didn’t take any one money. Please learn how to answer the phone if you are as customer service agent. Because of you, I give your company zero star.
The owners here are very friendly and very helpful. The way the run things here flows smoothly and without a hassle. Highly recommended!
I rented from Hayley Management last spring and their service was exceptional. The rooms were impeccable. Customer service is the best around! I would recommend Hayley Management for everyone!
Do not be fooled by the close-to-perfect reviews of this rental company. The majority of the reviews come from random accounts who ONLY review Hayley Management AND Tiger Iron Gym... hmmm, the owner of both of these companies is Kurt Hayley, who only wants to boost the reviews of his places. I personally leased with them BECAUSE of these reviews, and while the quality of the duplex was sub-par, they don't have upkeep of their rental properties. People have dogs and don't even pick up after them... Not the worst rental company in Auburn for sure but I think it's really shady that the good majority of these reviews are from the owner hidden behind a computer. *disclaimer: This isn't my main e-mail account as I do not want to be harassed by places where I provide my HONEST review.
