I had a reservation for a truck with U-HAUL on Saturday. I arrived at Life Storage at 8:00 a.m. The store didn't open up until 9:00 a.m. All U-HAUL 's fault. The guys at this location turned my morning around. They did all in their power to make my rental and move better. I would like to thank you both for a job well done! Thanks to Ms.Teresa Bonner and Mr. David King for going beyond the call of duty.
Teresa was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in getting us the best AND cheapest deal. Not to mention she had the best customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. The facilities themselves are very clean and easily accessible. It’s in a part of town that is very safe and clean as well. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent staff and service. John, Denise, and Andrew were all extremely helpful. The facilities are clean and provide more than enough space. I have rented a 10×10 and it is just perfect for a one bedroom apartment. I highly reccommend Life Storage!
I've had a great experience with this store. Went in to get an issue solved, and David was working hard, by himself, to take care of phone and store customers. The lack of help did not stop him from providing excellent service. He did a great job taking care of my issue, and was very apologetic about any wait time experienced. Great customer service.
