So every month when it comes time to pay my bill I have to rush out to the insurance company because I work in Opelika and I get off at 5, the insurance company closes at 530. Tonight when I get there at 520, they lock the doors as I'm walking up. I knock on the door, they turn off the lights and begin to laugh at me instead of taking my payment 10 min before there closing time. I really did not appreciate the way they treated me. So I plan on letting everyone know the way that southern harvest insurance company chooses to treat there customers.
