They have been most helpful when I needed quick proof of insurance or upon purchasing a new vehicle and getting it insured immediately.
I typically do not write reviews. However, I had and continue to have a fantastic experience with Kathy Powell's office. After doing lots of research on insurance options/companies/policies/online only/etc. I decided on State Farm based on her reviews. I was leaving town for the summer and had to get insurance set up before I left town to begin in the middle of the summer. Multiple agents in her office spent lots of time and effort on working with my circumstances. They even searched long and hard to make a multi-car discount happen by using family, which was not expected. They sent me a refund check working out all the details behind the scenes. In a world where there are many internet options that may be appealing initially, sitting on the side of the road in a potential accident I would want a quality, caring, real person from the community to be there.
This is a great office with the best staff around! Kathy and her staff spend a lot of time making sure the customer’s needs are met on a continuous basis. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top tier insurance office, agent, and staff.
