Ace is the place! Excellent, friendly, helpful staff who actually know what the fudge they're talking about when you ask them questions(unlike many of the big box stores). They go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied.
Great service, prices and inventory. This is a wonderful local business. I especially like that I can buy a useful range of hardware at a reasonable price while supporting a small business is staffed by my friendly neighbors and some wonderful young people from our community.

While I was shopping for hanging flowers and plants, my husband went to the back to find some chains for the baskets. I walked up the check out line, and my husband gave me the chains to purchase. I noticed one of the employees staring at his tattoos, and then she rolled her eyes and shook her head. He went out to the car while I paid. After he walked out, the same employee walked up to the cashier who was checking me out and asked if that man had walked out with the chains. I then told her that he was my husband, and that I had the chains in my cart. I find this to be terribly judgmental. We both have good jobs and have not reason to steal. I won't return.
