I have never been so blatantly ignored in a store before. It was made very clear to me that unless you are dressed as a construction worker, painter etc or they already know your name that it is a waste of your time to even walk in the door.
For truck drivers delivering here. Prepare to wait unless you are working for them. Absolutely the slowest store I've been to. At least a two hour wait time and you'll be the only truck in line.
Good prices and will special order more of what you need in building materials. Also carry plumbing supplies. Friendly, professional service.
Poor customer service they messed up a order and I have been waiting 4 hours for them to bring the right stuff very unsatisfied with the way they handle customers
