This hotel doesn't a deserve a star. The room we had was not clean, there were roaches crawling all over the room, the shower had noticeable mold, and the staff wasn't friendly at all. I would rather sleep outside than stay there again. The worst part about it was I had my family with me.

It's a place to stay that is in the heart of Auburn. Walking distance to everything you need. It was fine for the money.

While I appreciate the price, there are several significant issues that could deter potential future guests:
For a value motel, it's a value setting. you get what you pay for. Staff is very kind and location is perfect.
