End state is he is a sham and a liar and I'm out a suit. Put your dry cleaning in your washing machine before giving it to this store. They also ruined the pants and double creased a stitched crease pant.
Ruined my brand new Burberry scarf, which now has pink cleaning solution stains. Had to bring back nearly all of the clothing I brought to them because items were not pressed and/or still had stains! Nice employees, but just doesn't do a good job.
Neal and 5th Avenue Cleaners totally screwed me out of a 400 dollar suit. They will trash your good clothes. Do not go here! After three months of niceties and "just need to go to the clothing store" I finally went with him. The store said the suit was ruined so he immediately questioned the managers experience and asked for the district manager. Then he turned on me and said I gave him a bad suit and he had no way to know if he created that damage.
I have my shirts cleaned here every month and never have any issues.
Picked up my clothes after using this cleaner for the first time. All of my clothes smell like cigarette smoke. Horrible! Will never use them again.
I dropped off my down comforter and a silk dress on 7/7/17. I was told 2 weeks for the comforter and after multiple visits it took 4 weeks. I was given the wrong dress and after returning it discovered they could not find my $150 dress. It has been 5 weeks and the staff and owner still not only have not found my dress but have not reimbursed me and refuse to return my phone calls. As of 8/17/17 I still do not have my dress and no resolution or concern from the owner. - Melissa Kirkland
