Went in there and asked about phones with certain system capabilities and the guy said he "had no clue" but didn't try to point me toward someone who did. His two coworkers sat there and played on their phones and looked up only to smirk and snicker at their clueless coworker. Peace. Out.

Don't even deserve one star, poor customer service to none. Didn't get a greet or anything. I had to ask where another at&t store was and the one in tigertown was much better service.
I'm not with AT&T, but my mom is. We stopped here' to get her a phone & they were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Last week, we went to move my mom onto my cell phone plan and Jon helped us out. Today, we went back to trade in her old phone and also had issues with the Internet/TV install that was supposed to happen today. Jon called for us, found out more information than we were able to get from the 800 number and told us to call him if we have more issues with the future install. Amazing customer service. Thank you for being willing to help us!
