Well, for the second time in 3 1/2 months the disconnect guy has shown up at my house demanding payment or lights out. After paying a bill for $80 the last time THAT WASN'T DUE the fella, Kevin, realized he was at the wrong address..... Today when the other guy showed, I immediately asked him the address he was looking for. Wrong again. What if I wasn't home? I would be highly angry knowing I was in good standing and got cut off. My dogs wouldn't like it either. I think I will paint my address on the roof of my well pump house like a "See Rock City" sign. This is getting old, folks...

I set up the account and was told there would be NO charge to establish it. Come to find out there is a $40.00 fee on my account, and they wont remove it after spending an hour on the phone and going to the office to confront them- I am quite livid. They did not say anything about the fee at the time- and have lied about it.
