Do not use Hertz. I can not stress enough how bad my experience was with Hertz. From a maintenance side I returned two cars, one with CEL and ESL faults, transmission issues and misfires. It also was really dirty and covered in dog hair all over the rear seats. The second car was newer but still dirty, dent on the drivers fender and needed simple maintenance. I've now set up another rental with Enterprise so I will no longer use them.

Very professional staff that can be fully trusted. The manager, Barry, ensures that his team takes pride in their work, making the customer service second to none. I'll be using this location regularly! Hands down, the best service you will find in Auburn and the surrounding area.

If you gave this guys less than 5 stars then you're probably mistaking the location. Every time I book here I get nothing but great service

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The man that rented the car to my mother was incredibly rude and unfriendly. We requested a car and instead of supplying us with that vehicle he gave us something else. This new car we received had NO OIL in it... The technicians at my office had a look at it and put in 5qts of oil!!! These people rented us a car that was bone dry! Naturally even though we put the much needed oil in, it had already done it's damage from whoever rented the car before. Now I'm sitting on the side of the road awaiting a tow after dealing with the rudest phone line customer service team! The team who instead of taking me to the closest location to me wants to take me 2 hours the opposite direction of my destination. I had to call back twice to finally get someone who could actually help me... I'm not sure what training, if any, they give their employees but customer service is incredibly lacking with this company.

By far the worst experience I've ever had while renting a car. All three times, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes before I was waited on. At one point, I was the only person in there and the guy was still answering the phone and talking to customers when instead he should've put them on hold and checked me out. No matter how many times you call or whatever time you show up, you will have to wait a long time before being assisted. The first day, I waited 20 minutes outside in the Alabama heat before anyone showed up so they could unlock the door. They only have 2 guys working there, and not one was in the office. The car they said they would give me was there and ready to go. But instead they gave me another car which wasn't ready and that meant me having to wait even longer, besides the other 30 minutes I've already waited. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time for them to run it through the wash however they did vacuum it. The car smelt awful, I even got nauseous a time or two on my way home. It smelt like wet dog. I had to go get an air freshener because the odor was that bad. I also sprayed Lysol on the seats. Both times they made me late, and took up my whole hour lunch break. Nothing was ever ready. There was issue after issue with their computer system. Their customer service sucks! Never use this location. And to top it off, I was told by one guy that they would just take my charge for the car rental out of the $50 deposit, and give me the difference. Of course that didn't happen. They charged my card again. I still haven't seen the $50 credit show back up on my card so I'm waiting on that. And to make things even better, I filled up the car. However, when I got it, it was not full but one of the guys told me he could just refund me $5 for the extra gas. But another guy does the transaction and when I ask about the $5 he said well it's already done and he can't do anything about now. Ya know, 5 bucks is no big deal. But when It was that much of an inconvenience to even get the car and receive horrible customer service, it does mean something. I get when only one guy is in there, he can only do so much. It's not his fault. But at the end of the day, you need to provide customer service. And they failed extremely. It's just this location that's ever gave me an issue and it's sad they couldn't even treat me fairly or make up for anything. I've learned my lesson.
