I was told that the car would be ready shortly since they were cleaning, and I waited for them to clean the car an hour and a half after. I and someone else sat waiting with no form of communication, and being left alone the entire time.This was the worst rental service I have ever had.
They gave me a lot of misinformation which resulted in NOT being able to rent a car!
When I last tried to rent a car from this location was told no cars were available but when the lady who walked in behind me said she didn't have a reservation but wanted to make one for that day they took her into the office to continue to help her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
