Edited to say a different stylist fixed the haircut and it looks incredible. She did a much better job and helped me find amazing products that work for my hair type. I even made a follow up appointment because I was so pleased with the service the second time.
This was my first time going to Statik Salon and it was the day before my graduation. I needed a hair cut really bad so called two different places in the morning to see if one of them could get me in and it was Statik. At first I was really relieved and thankful they got me in knowing that most of the salons here are busy in the mornings. I came in and was assigned to this "stylist" and I told her specifically I wanted little bit of layers with my hair cut. I am very sensitive when it comes to my hair and it has been a year and half since my last hair cut and that went well. The stylist first cut to the length I wanted and she was good about making sure it was the right length I needed. But then when she started doing my layers I could tell she was doing it the wrong way. She was using her regular hair scissors to cut my hair into layers and they were so choppy and messy (yes, I know what Im talking about here considering I get layers done all the time).. She cut so much of my hair that i was just sitting there patiently waiting to leave. Now when I got home and straightened out my hair one side is longer than the other side and one side has more layers then the other side. From previous experience, your hair stylist should always measure your hair cut length both sides but she didn't. It was a very poor and lazy job that I received. I was very upset and two days later my hair cut was actually becoming visible that I started to cry about it for 20 mins. Moral of the story, never coming back to this place again.
I've only been twice but they've been great both times. They do a better job than most!

The experience was okay when I went but once I got home and looked at my hair, I realized the cut was horribly uneven and is noticeably crooked. I will NOT be going
They got me in last minute and Ashley was very nice. My hair was cut to my liking, she did a toner (also great... it was needed) , but waxing was uneven, patchy, (gentle...but waxing is never comfortable).... there's room for improvement. They DID upgrade from their previous location. It feels so much more upscale.
