I went in yesterday for an emergency haircut and was amazed by the skills of Ryan! I wasn't able to salvage any length, but he did an outstanding job helping me get a stylish hairdo. The service and all of the people were super supportive and extremely sweet!
I've gone to Dimensions a few times before and have had good experiences until I just called tonight and forgot the name of the girl I got my hair done last time so I asked a question (pretty sure it was the owner Stephen on the phone) and he was so unbelievably rude and treated me like I was dumb. I literally had to say goodbye and hang up he was so rude. I dont work or specialize in hair therefore I dont know the right things to ask. I wont be going there ever again. I want to give my business to people who deserve it, especially when it is a business that should give you more so an experience. So dissapointed.
I went in just to get my hair dyed. Everyone was super friendly, but unfortunately the stylist dyed my hair a completely different color than what I asked for. I wanted a dirty blonde and it ended up being really dark brown. It looked fine it just wasn't what I asked for.
My first time visiting Dimensions Studio with my friend who was getting his haircut was welcomed by friendly staff and was taken care of very well by Allen.
Dimensions is run and staffed by some friendly, energetic people. Their stylists do a great job and I have always left satisfied with my new haircut. My most recent visit was with Ryan Wade. I love my cut (especially that it was cut dry) and really like Ryan too. I will go back and would recommend the salon to friends or family.
