I can't say enough about this facility, especially their emergency department. I recently took my cat, Parnell, who was at death's door. The vets and their assistants worked tirelessly to make him better. Thanks to all of them, he's thriving and acting like a kitten at 17 years old. UPDATE ON PARNELL. It's been 7 months since Parnell was a patient here. He has his personality back and eats most anything he can find. He's steadily gaining back the weight he was when he was a patient. I can't fill him up. He's back to playing, jumping, climbing tormenting my other cat, At 17 years old, I pray he will be with me for a long while.
VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, professional & compassionate staff and students. I HIGHLY recommend them. They provide constant updates on the condition of your furbabies keeping you informed and educated. ... They create miracles here. They gave my baby his legs and his life back. .... Update: Not only can my little man walk, my little man can RUN! These people are AMAZING! If you are looking for a miracle, you will find it here!
My fur baby was very sick and in lots of pain when my vet suggested and made her an appointment with the clinic this was in July. She had bleeding ulcers on her feet, her face had open and bleeding sores and her right eye had ulcered. She lost all the hair on her sides and face, her sides were raw. All of the Vets and Vet tech students have been Awesome. Today 1-1-2018 all the ulcers have been taken care of she is no longer in pain and most all of her hair has come back as she lays here beside me sleeping soundly I feel truly blessed and am very thankful for Bailey’s Small Animail Clinic in Auburn, Alabama. God bless all of the vets and their students from Emma Kate and I.
While this facility did save my cat's life, I am not satisfied with the work done or the place in general. My cat underwent surgery here to close a wound, which re-opened after the surgery. The facility did not offer to fix it and eventually returned our pet to us with a gaping wound on her stomach and instructions for treating it. Thankfully, I took her to a vet in Columbus, GA who successfully performed the surgery and now my cat is just fine. I would not recommend this place, it was our only option late in the night. They are incredibly hard to reach on the phone and forget to call back. It made it nearly impossible to try and pay off the massive vet bill. Also, I think many bad reviews of this place have been somehow removed, since this happened a while ago, only the 5 star reviews are left when there used to be many reviews of a similar negative capacity.
They are the best here! The students are very thorough and conscientious and the teachers over them are amazing. My dog has had two surgeries here as well as on a separate occasion, an MRI. She is always in the best hands. They even found her glaucoma while diagnosing another separate problem and this helped prevent her losing her vision. You just need a little patience to wait because this is a teaching center and it takes time, but the result is excellent care!
