Every Tuesday when I am in Auburn, I make Publix the last stop on my way home. It is well stocked and clean. This for the last five years!
Not inexpensive, but go in knowing that and you won't be disappointed. You can find good deals on steak reasonably often, and some BOGOs on items that are hard to find elsewhere. Always well lit, clean, well-organized and neat, this Publix like most is designed in such a way you actually want to spend time there. The employees are friendly and helpful. Extra points for the meat department being willing to do custom cuts and grinds.
I'm always greeted with a smile and they have the freshest produces.
Clean, excellent service, good-quality meats and produce, but relatively expensive. Smaller selection than competitors.
