It was our first time in the store. Jamarcus greeted us right when we walked in the door. He helped us find everything we needed and was super nice and helpful!
They are great for phone support. But most things have to be taken care of at the Verizon in tiger town. Kind of bums me out because this store is larger thinning the one in tiger town.

Worker don't greet you when you come in and it's only one worker in the store. I've been sitting here 40 mins just to pay my phone bill. She never once said I'll get with you soon or anything she's very rude!!!
I received the worst customer service of my life today. I was yelled at, cursed at, and threatened with the police when I asked questions because they repeatedly were not answered. Instead of my phone being handed back to me, it was tossed to the side. During all of this the employees headphones were never removed, he barely looked at me until he wanted to yell, and was completely unprofessional. I called verizon to report the issue and they were very professional and apologetic. This is my first bad experience with Verizon.
