Terrible. This company (Ben Bruce) sub-contracts all work. If you use him, expect the cheapest bidder to do the job. Do not expect him to be on the job while work is performed. He blackmailed a subcontractor to do a job for half the money on a job completed in order to force him to do another job at a fraction of the worth before he would pay for the first job.
Highly recommended. Honest. Clever problem solver. Professional subs. Removed vinyl siding and replaced with Hardie board. Excellent quality work. Uncovered some framing issues and roof damage and other issues. Solved with how to make house look its best afterwards in mind always. Done right. Also repaired roof and added gutters. Will definitely use again. Job site kept clean. They stay busy for all the right reasons.
