Very happy with my experience dealing with J. Roark Plumbing! I bought a sink to install in our laundry room which ended up being the wrong size. Brian and Dillon were able to change it and get a new sink that day and install it perfectly!!! Very professional and straightforward with everything that they did!! Initially I called another plumbing company. They misdiagnosed the issue and flooding continued, so I called J Roarke. I am glad I did! J Roarke immediately noted the real problem and fixed the issue, some of which was actually caused by the other company. It was a relief to find a knowledgeable professional who could properly diagnose and fix the problem. No more flooding!
Called J Roarke the morning of 11/16 with a plumbing issue; they were there within a few hours. Can't recall the two gentlemen's names, but they were very professional and courteous. I took a chance on using them based on google reviews and I'm glad I did. Will definitely use again in the future!
