Tried to go through the drive thru last night (12/10/17) at about 9pm and was told the system was not working (all though we were told this through the intercom in the drive thru). Was told we would have to come inside to order which makes absolutely no sense, since they could have just taken the order on the supposed system that was working for inside ordering. This is not the first time this has happened. Have had multiple problems with this Taco Bell. The menu has things on it that we have ordered and then been told they do not have. Some employees have been very friendly but many are standoffish or distracted by having conversation with other employees. This locations pretty good when we can actually order but this kind of inconsistency is annoying.
Went there on 5/24/17 at 1:50 pm. Man at the register repeated every item I ordered and was very thorough with ensuring everything was correct. Sat down and food was ready in a few minutes. Grilled stuffed burrito was very large compared to some of the other taco bells that I've ate at which pleased me. If a PR staff is reading this please tell the staff during that shift that they are doing a great job.
I went through the drive thru and the lady told me they were having shift change and had to come inside to order? Why would you need to close drive thru for a shift change??
Food was typical Taco Bell style and flavor. Service was slow and staff seemed unconcerned with greeting the customer, and providing great service. What more can I say...Typical fast food.
