This location with double bill you. Last time ordering here. The Opelika location is better.
Manager Does not wash hands at all, He went from touching the phones & computers to touching the bathroom door then going back to toss more dough. The one in opelika is way better !! & They're way friendlier.
This isn't the first time this has happened, either. Ugh.
They don't know how to take and make right orders.
Delivery hours are a lie. You wouldn't think a delivery order, almost an hour before close, for a location less than 2.4 miles away, with tip already paid online, should be an issue, right? ...right? Wrong. Order was cancelled because nobody picked up the phone when the online order people called them repeatedly... or when I called.
Awful manager and clerks, they need to learn how to respect customers. I called one time for delivery. And they said they couldn't understand my English and let me find a person that speaks English better. I have been in the state for over 13 years and I believe people understand me very well. I think the reason was I told them I am in Chewacla State Park, and they probably don't want to delivery that further. Anyway, not recommend this location. The one at Opelika is a thousand times better. I never had any problems with them when I order deliveries from home.
