Every time I have called or gone in-person to this DMV office I have had an exceptional experience (especially compared to other DMV offices). I'm almost positive that other reviewers who have left negative reviews are those kinds of people that will always find something wrong in any situation and think the world is simply out to get them. I have never had to wait an exorbitant amount of time nor have any of the employees been anything less than cheerful and helpful. Thank you all for making this usually mundane and tiresome part of life in the U.S. a little more enjoyable.
Ms. Dellia assisted me today and was absolutely a sweetheart. She was kind, patient, and helpful with my future tag and title preparations.
Not as friendly as the main courthouse in downtown Opelika. Was given the run around on two separate issues at the Auburn location. Went to the Opelika location on same two separate issues and achieved resolve without the run around.
Minutes.. the next lady I received was SO rude! No one should treat anyone the way she treated me. She told me I needed my insurance and I told her the previous lady had pulled it up! She grabbed all my paper I handed her and threw it at me and told me I needed to get back in line and go stand in whoevers line i was talking about instead of taking the time to just look. She Wouldn't make eye contact with me after she told me to leave and just stuck her nose in the air and had an extremely bad attitude! Complete trash. The lady who helped me previously mumbled under her breath when I walked up "she should of been able to help you, anyone could help you with this easily!" So this lady is obviously unprofessional and incompetent. She was the second booth to the right next to the white haired gentleman. Older white aged female with brunette hair. If it wasn't for the lady who helped me I would never of returned to this place because that lady treated me like trash. I wish I would of asked to speak to a manager.
The most beautiful and nice girl I've ever met works here i believe her name is April
I went into this office today to renew my tags for my vehicle... I have currently moved from tallassee to auburn and did not have my insurance card or new lease handy. The lady told me she pulled up my insurance on the computer and I just needed my lease. (She was extremely kind, younger blonde curly hair) I returned 15 minutes later with my lease and waited in line for 30
