I love to shop at Belks,the peoples are very well informed,friendly and courteous.
Workers were very rude and acted like they didn’t want to help!!
Was looking for a particular type of pants for about 30 min and was never even acknowledged by the staff. My girlfriend was helping me carry things into fitting room and was yelled at by a staff member and there was a big blood stain on the floor in the fitting room that had obviously been there a while.
