I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, at 2 am, and I’m still waiting as I write this review. I don’t even like McDonald’s. I’m here because my friend wants some sweet tea.
Ordered a snack m&m mcflurry and they didn't mix in the m&ms! Just sprinkled a few on top!!! If I wanted ice cream without m&ms mixed in I would've ordered a plain old cone! #notmymcflurry
I wish i could give them zero stars. There food is disgusting, they are perpetually making mistakes, and it takes forever to get even a cup of coffee or ... seriously do yourself a favor and walk to the chick-fil-a down the road and have yourself a nice homophobic sandwich... it's preferable to the torture you'll get here.... if you really want to eat mcdonalds go to another one in town.
went to drive thru waited 10 min moved no where so parked and ordered inside and it took another 15 min to get 2 mcchicken.worst customer care.
Wow... 20 minutes later we have our food. I'm almost afraid to look in the bag. This place is beyond slow. I didn't look at the reviews before I came, but I wish I would have. This place is unorganized. I worked in drive-thru at a Burger King for 3 years so I understand the challenges that come with working at a fast food restaurant. The poor guy at the drive-thru window didn't know what was going on. There was a car in front of me waiting for their food longer than I was at the window waiting for my food. Franchise owners need to get ahold of the store because they really need some improvement
