Purple haired girl at the drive thru was rude and gave me attitude, then got my order wrong. I had to go inside to straighten it out, then she proceeded to still be a jerk. Maybe she was having a bad day, but serving coffee and donuts isn't that difficult. Life will get tougher.
Living in a college town you would think that they would prepare for big game weekends like this weekend, but clearly they didn’t. Go to get the food that we ordered from the app and once we get there “they don’t have enough people to make the food”. Excuse me, what? How do you not prepare your staff for one of the busiest weekends? You aren’t serving a five course meal. Very disappointed.
Let me just say southern hospitality was on the menu the rainy day me and my friends stumbled onto this Dunkin Donuts on the Sunday afternoon of Nov. 12. We’re from L.A. and were driving through Alabama to get back to ATL. Along the way we opt’d to stop at Taco Bell. After driving through the Tuskegee Forest (again we’re city folks so that wasn’t fun) trying to get to the Taco Bell only to get there and their system was down so they weren’t selling food. I suggested DD just across the street who can sometimes sell sandwiches etc. Well the disappointment continued bcuz they were limited on what they had to offer. The drive thru person can hear the disappointment in my voice after she read back our order. As we pull up to pay the drive thru person empathized with our situation and comp’d our food!! It’s the little things that’s appreciated when God shows favor and places kind people in your path. I do not recall the young lady’s name and hope that my description of the day points out that DD has an awesome individual on their team!! Thank you young lady and thanks u DD for hiring her.
They were kind and spoke directly to my son with cerebral palsy. He is his own person, and the folks at Dunkin treated him as such. Bonus: the kid loves donuts.
Amazing customer service! Any time I've come here the employees are always so kind. Twice there's been some kind of problem with my order and they've always handled it so well and courteously. Five star staff!
Management needs to fire everyone and start from scratch.
